Arlington Redevelopment Board Adopts Comprehensive Plan, Removes Multifamily Overlay Language Targeting Business Districts

After nearly 18 months of community engagement and more than 1,100 public responses, the Arlington Redevelopment Board voted unanimously Monday night to adopt a new comprehensive plan — but not before removing language that would have extended multifamily housing overlay features into the town's business districts.
